The following basic conditions must be satisfied prior to the issue of release notes for cargo:

1. All Freight, Terminal handling charges, Documentation fees, Quay rent and other associated charges must be received by Paragon, or on their behalf by an agreed associated agent.

2. All relevant Duty & VAT payments must be paid and a customs clearance docket
(C&E 389) issued with customs entry number.

3. Original Bills of Lading must be lodged with Paragon Dublin, Paragon Liverpool, Inchcape Southampton or one of our nominated Freight Forwarding agents by prior agreement.
