Invoices for freight and terminal handling charges (THC) will be issued by post and fax (when supplied with fax number) at least 10 days prior to ships arrival. All freight payments MUST be made by US Dollar telegraphic transfer as per instruction on invoice. Freight will only be deemed as paid in full when receipt of funds has been confirmed by our bank. Payment shall be deemed overdue if cleared funds have not been received 5 days after discharge. (If you are unable to make a dollar payment for freight, sterling payments may be accepted when prior arrangements have been made with Paragon) First 5 days after discharge goods are held on quayside free of charge. Quay Rent at a rate of £10 per unit per day will be applied to uncollected goods 5 days after ship’s discharge. Terminal handling charges & quay rent must be paid in full before collection of vehicles can be authorised. These charges must be paid in £(Stg) by draft (or company cheque by prior arrangement). THC's & rent can also be paid by telegraphic transfer as per invoice. Goods will only be released upon receipt and acceptance of freight charges in our USD account, and local charges presented to any one of the following offices: Credit Card Payments (Visa/Mastercard) are now accepted for freight and terminal payments upon approval from Martin at + 353 1 8400615. To avoid unnecessary journeys please arrange credit card payments prior to arranging collection as on occassion credit card systems can be down. Paragon Trading retains the right to have a lien for any monies due and recovery costs of same, and retains the right to sell the goods privately or by auction to cover any outstanding charges. Any goods not collected within 60 days of discharge will be sold to cover outstanding costs incurred by Paragon Trading.
